YOGA BECAME THE FOUNDATION OF MY WELL-BEING IN 1997.

My practice began while I was recovering from knee surgery which left me with a very limited range of motion. I had to shift to intentional movement and explore the subtle layers of the physical body to regain full mobility; yoga was the answer. I was immediately drawn to the practice and loved the bending, rotating, extending, lengthening and strengthening.


Three core tenets inform my teaching
